Job Title Interior Designer (Villa Projects) – Modular Kitchen & Wardrobe Specialist Project Overview We are a Chennai-based real estate developer working on premium villa projects. We are looking for a freelance Interior Designer to develop interior concepts, modular kitchen designs, and wardrobe solutions for multiple villas. This is an ongoing opportunity (current: 19 villas + upcoming 68 villas). Scope of Work 1. Interior Concept Design Develop overall theme & concept for villa interiors Space planning for living, bedrooms, kitchen, etc. Mood boards, color schemes, and finishes 2. Modular Kitchen Design Layout planning (L-shape, U-shape, island kitchen) Cabinet design, accessories, and fittings Material selection (laminates, acrylic, finishes, hardware) 3. Wardrobe Design Hinged & sliding wardrobe designs Internal layout (drawers, hangers, accessories) Optimization for space and usability 4. 3D Visualization High-quality 3D renders (kitchen, wardrobes, key rooms) Client presentation visuals 5. Technical Drawings Detailed working drawings Dimensions, material specifications, fittings list Required Skills AutoCAD / SketchUp / Revit 3D tools (Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape) Experience in modular kitchens & wardrobes (MANDATORY) Knowledge of materials & hardware Strong design sense Deliverables Concept layouts 3D renders Working drawings Material & specification list Budget ₹1,000 – ₹3,500 per hour OR Fixed price per villa (to be discussed) Location Preference Chennai-based preferred Remote designers also welcome Bonus Preference Experience in villa or real estate projects Experience with premium / luxury interiors How to Apply
