I am looking for someone who is familiar with Photoshop Elements and who can design a set of CD and DVD cover and related templates for me (and record the process of developing them in Photoshop Elements using Camtasia).
These templates must follow the following design specifications
1. The disc print image must be square and without the circular or hub masks.
2. The images should meet the dimensions listed below.
3. Final images should be produced at 300 DPI.
5. The information below lists the dimensions in millimeters, inches and pixels for the various templates needed
Millimeters Inches Pixels
CD AND DVD DISC PRINT DIMENSIONS
width: 118.00 4.65 1394
height: 118.00 4.65 1394
note: for disc images use a square image rather than a circular, masked image.
DVD CASE PRINT DIMENSIONS
cover width: 274.00 10.79 3236
cover height: 184.00 7.24 2173
spine width: 14.00 0.55 165
insert width: 127.00 5.00 1500
insert height: 184.15 7.25 2175
JEWEL CASE PRINT DIMENSIONS
front cover width: 120.50 4.74 1423
front cover height: 119.50 4.70 1411
insert width: 120.50 4.74 1423
insert height: 119.50 4.70 1411
tray card (includes two spines) width: 150.02 5.91 1772
tray card (includes two spines) height: 117.25 4.62 1385
spine width: 6.25 0.25 74
The spines must have text boxes with vertical text going in the right direction (take a look at a CD or DVD as appropriate). The CD has two spines whereas the DVD has only one.
I would also like a video tutorial on how you do this in Photoshop Elements (must be Elements, not the plain Photoshop) using Camtasia (if you don't have Camtasia, you can get a 30-day free download at [url removed, login to view] ). The best way to do this would be to simply set up Camtasia and then create the templates.
After the first set of templates is created, I would like the Camtasia video to record how one would start with the templates and create new designs (adding different photos, text, etc.) using the old templates.
The Camtasia should also be narrated in clear English and explain what is being done on the computer screen.
So, the deliverables are (1) templates according to the above specifications which use images and text attractively, and (2) a Camtasia video showing in Photoshop Elements how the templates are created and then how a new set of designs is created using the templates.
