57754 Flyer RE-Creation

This is a Hypnosis Works flyer that needs two designs one will have pull tag phone numbers off the bottom as the flyer will go out at different bulletin boards around the city and the other will just be a flyer for distribution. We have a mock of a flyer that we really like and can send that in a .jpg, as well as a picture, and the words that should go on the flyer. We'd be happy if someone just copied what we already have instead of created a new version from scratch. We will need this flyer returned as a printable document and .AI file so that we can make edits when necessary. Thank you!
