266689 Improve My Simple Flyer

This is an easy job for a graphic designer who knows what they are doing. I need someone to take my basic flyer and make it more professional and attractive looking. The file is attached to this job, so be sure to look it over. The sales copy is already written. I just need you to find a better way to lay it out so that it's more visually pleasing. Also, you'll notice at the bottom of the flyer there is conact info. I need you to turn that on its side and make little tear off slips on the bottom so people can bring home the contact info without taking the whole flyer. Also, I will not even consider working with someone who does not directly address the requirements of my project either in his bid or PMB message. Too many graphic designers merely copy and paste the same thing to every job poster. Because this is a very simple job, my budget for this is $20. I will, of course, post a positive review for you to help you get more business, and I may have other flyers that I need designed in the next few days as well. I look forward to working with you.
