142921 Logo's Needed Urgently

I have had to repost this project one more time, as I need to recieve competitive bids with good communication through PMB.
I require 2 professionally designed logo's for: a real estate rentals website and a matrimonial website.
ALL bidders please note the following BEFORE bidding:
1. The maximum budget for this project is $30. PLEASE DONT BID ABOVE THIS AMOUNT.
2. ONLY 20% of the project fee will be made at the start of the project, and the rest will be made on successful completion.
3. I require atleast 4 initial designs for each logo from which I will choose one and then there will be unlimited revisions to the design.
4. You MUST have previous experience of designing logo's and have samples of you work.
5. On full payment, I will own the complete copyrights to the design.
6. The final chosen logo will be delivered in all relevant formats (GIF, JPEG, etc).
PLEASE NOTE THAT I WOULD WANT TO SEE MOCK UPS BEFORE SELECTING A BIDDER. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE. PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU CAN AGREE TO THE ABOVE POINTS.
