Moods should be 3-d Smiley type images (75x75) like from Smiley Central but must be ORIGINAL designed for this project. You can use similar ideas and look, but these images must be original. Please don't send 700 links in the PMB - provide 1 or 2 relevant project experience links. The timeline is now - do not bid if you are not planning on working on this for a few days or a week. We have had too many problems with programmers recently with incomplete work or just leaving us high and dry. We will need to have this working on our servers before releasing payment.
