Flash and Standard Banners / Well known Brand

Project:
We are looking for someone to produce 5 Flash and Standard Banner ads.
Design needs to be created without Master. Once Master will be approved, declination in different sizes can be made.
Design of the banner must respect the Brand's creative chart.
A clicktag will also need to be integrated for 2 different adservers - it means that you will deliver :
-10 flash creatives (5x2 clicktags)
-5 standard creatives
The right candidate will be able to submit examples of banners that he/she has created in the past in 2 different sizes (e.g: 300x250 and 728x90). He/she will also be able to work under tight time constraint and to re-design the banners as many time as requested by the client.
