Direct Repsonse Marketer and Graphic Design Marketing Campaign

I have a year long marketing plan that needs to be executed with the help of someone who is skilled at writing direct response copy as well as either knowing graphic design/layout or having a designer that they have a good working relationship with. I am a realtor in Pismo Beach, CA. I need consistency of copy and look for all of my marketing pieces. I am seeking primarily to generate calls for listings.
