Fitness Diary

Hi,

In the process of wanting to design a fitness Diary that includes what you have eaten and the time when consumed. The times should be set times up to five times a day. Also a comment section. We also need to provided a daily work out sheet as well. Need a design that will include front and back cover and some pages of interest and some pictures. This diary will need to allow for a 12 week program with 3 session a week.
