PNG image to a vector Image Conversion for product printing

I need a vector image of a PNG image I have. This image will be printed on my product so it needs to be the quality that comes with vector images.

I don't have a very good understanding of the limitations of vector image software so I am willing to make some work arounds on the image, I just need some feed back.

The picture posted to this project is what I need vectorized.
