What I need is and AP or business excel sheet that I can use on an android or tablet for the running of my business. I would like the date, time and time taken recorded for each machine that is serviced. I would also like to have it linked to my home pc so if I have an employee restocking machines I can see where he is up to, what stock sold, monies have been taken etc.
Multiple linked excel sheets for a small drink and snack vending business.
I will be needing to be able to write the name of the site, columns with drop down selector boxes for the date, Machine Stock, drop down boxes so I can select the required number (M/C Stock, is stock in the storage compartment of the machine).
I require drop down boxes so I can select what stock is available to be sold and a drop down box under this box so I can select what stock is sold.
I then need a column so I can select what monies were in the machine and then a column that automates what should have been in the machines. (For each machine I will be able to select what price items are and this will all be linked in all the excel sheets) There should also be a running total for what the machine has sold and monies taken.
I also need another linked page for receipts of purchases of drinks, chips, chocolates and snacks, sundries and all other expenses. Will need to see what receipts and expenses I have for the whole business or for single items as in drinks or the chips/crisps. At any time or period I want to be able see the balance of the business or profit and loss sheet. I want to see this for the whole business or individual items.
