CAD drawings

I have about 20 to 30 graphics in GIF or JPG formats similar to the attached file.

I need the following;

- One 2 D view for each picture. The 2D view need to have dimension line similar to the picture. The drawing need to be similar but not an exact copy or a drawing traced from the gif file.

- One 3D view (SOLIDWORK if possible)

- One GIF file generated from the 2D drawing.

This is to be used for documentation purpose.
