design a media kit for restuarant searching site

Hello i have a website that allows people to search for restuarants in the local area. What i am looking for is someone who can design a media kit for me. The media kit must show Price and all what they get for buying space on my website why it is benificial for them to purchase it on the site. please only show me of media kits that you have don in the past or things similar. I also need someone to design a oktoberfest flyer. I have posted a sample of media kit to show you the strong color style that i need.. But please understand i need the media kit to be interesting and flashy
