Joomla Component Customize

We have a site that uses Joomla 1.0. The site is based on a template. On the site frontpage, we have the component (hotornot2)[login to view URL] -Project We need a person to change the layout of the design and some of the functionality of the component. One of the main things is that we need a different look for it, this will involve some creativity and possibly photoshoping on your part. We have the basic design that we want. Other things that we would like to change: - make it random images - change pics of the rating meter - be able to display next pic and previous pic in different format that what is already being used. *The whole list of items will be given to the winner. The design process will be a back and forth thing until we have a design we like. ------- This project is fairly simple to do if u know how joomla is setup. We have another part that we need done, so winner will most likely be selected to complete that project as well if they choose. The Budget for this about $30-$40. The closer to it the better chance of being chosen. Thanks
