Logo and Caricature Design

We are creating a website called [url removed, login to view] to assist young jobseekers find work. We require a logo and caricature design with possible design work for the site in the future.
The website and print advertising will be themed to appeal to young people and the idea we would like to convey is to incorporate a caricature of "everyone's favourite Uncle" as a friendly mature figure. See pic of grey haired smiling gentleman ([url removed, login to view]). This pic conveys the sort of friendly personaly we are after.
We would like the caricature to be done in several poses, ie: pointing at something etc for different parts of the website and print media. This can be sorted out once we have a concept we're happy with.
The logo design would be "jobjob.com.au" and should match the style of the caricature.
