Logo design

We need a designer to create a logo for tagthe (Tag The). tagthe runs daily promos and chances to win on Facebook. Participants simply tag a or an item in a photo to win (using their name) - we offer prizes for the first tag, or first 20 or first 50 tags. Prizes and offers are provided by local companies in each market. The first roll out will be focused on Australia. The logo should be fresh and simple in the same vein as the Twitter, Facebook, Skype, Linkedin logos. It will need to translate easily into a button or icon as the above logos do. It should also reference Facebook's design guidelines and sit comfortably within and alongside the Facebook brand. Text within the logo should be restricted to 'tagthe' with the tagline 'daily wins' - there should be an option to include a country name within the logo i.e. Australia or USA or this could be referenced with by the corresponding national flag. I am looking for a supplier that would hand over rights to the image and present versions in jpeg and png formats. As well as the original editable file.
