A simple company logo

I am looking to have a simple logo designed for our company that is just starting up. The name of our company is Dynimix Productions.
I have designed what I (and everyone else) would consider a very poor sketching of what I would like the logo to look like. The attached image is the very poor sketching that I have done using paint.
What I am looking for in the logo is the following:
-The logo should have a chrome brushed metal finish
-I would like it to be slightly 3D looking
-The parts in white (words and dynamite stick) would be cut out of the brushed metal and have some sort of background
-maybe a small beveled ridge around the edge
