Simple iPhone/iPad icon

I'm looking for someone how can design me an icon for a iphone/ipad application. The app is about radio stations from mexico. There are some apps currently on the store from other sellers.
I need an icon that look professional, simple and clear, but I want it to look attractive to the user, it must insite the user to touch it. I want it to be unique too.
I need too an editable file (Photoshop, Illustrator, Corle, whatever, but I must be able to edit the icon in the future). Remember that the size of the icon must be 512x512px and it must looks great and readable (if it contain text) when it's resized to 57x57px.
