Two logos from existing logos

Easy project but will probably go through a few revisions. We need two logos made, both logos combine two company logos (logos to stay the same) with some text, your job is to correctly put the logos together along with the text and make it look cool. We will be doing this for two different companies. Black/white backgrounds for both logos are required. Example: Dell and Intel together with words “Official Computer Chip” .. We will supply high-res logos and exact copy. (this is an EXAMPLE) Final delivery with fonts, high-res files also a must.
