Build a Website for Online Gaming Site

I recently purchased a fully made template site from [login to view URL], it needs some major modifications and a minor tweaks to the theme. I am looking for a programer who with my help will be able to add features/modules, simplify the confusing parts to create a simple and easy to use advance site for competitive and social gaming. Job description: Below I have included some of the possible modifications I will need: Need to add more paid features to the site to help revenue, a large portion of the sites services are completely free. Need to add a store/ online marketplace Compete Organize clans Post tournaments and events themselves w or without prizes Theme needs flow better and not have giant white spaces. Need to change the home page to be more suited to our site purpose. Redo the navigation menu to work better and be easier to use Need members to have the ability to create their own tournaments and events. Put up their own prizes up for a small fee. Need to smooth out the challenge system and make it way less complicated. Create 3 separate skill leagues to even out the competition. So each player will be ranked by a number that will be affected by there performance on our site. The number will determine what league they are in. Members need to be able to organize their clan on our site. Have ranks (w/logo) for their members. Clans will be able to post their own tournaments and events and put up their own prizes for a price. I want to be able to throw weekly clan challenges and achievements. CLAN page for each clan that has some stats and recent performance for others to take a look.
