Script Install, Configure & Customize

SIMPLE PROJECT DETAILS: 1) Install Script & Configure. This script comes with a variety of templates under settings in the admin. Take the business template (it's blue). Create me a new custom template called "MC-Blue". Customization details as follows: 2) Customize Home Page / Template Design. It has a CRM for hompage page where you can upload Images to predefined fields for the page. But at the bottom of the of all pages I want a bottom banner with social icons and sign up for newsletter form (as shown on document) 3) Add a Custom Page "Shop Plans" Link the Plans (Menu tab) to this new page. On this page customer select Carrier Map Image and Plans show on that page for the carrier. Four (4) Carriers & Plans. The sign up button links to the Sign up page. 4) Programming Checkout Cart - Add Product attributes/variables. Example: Customer selects a wireless plan. I need to collect information such as: Phone Model, SIM Card Size (Standard, Basic, Micro), Service area zip code, Whether customer want a New number or Port his Number. If customer wants to port his number then I need port information such as: Number to be ported, Current Carrier, Account #, Pin# Also an Extra fee option: "Activation Fee" NOTE: I need someone with good graphic design to design the price tables, banners etc for this project.
