I have a running medical website we need the following (1) Upgrade the site with new addition , not a lot of work I suppose (2) build a section were we can add things without the need of upgrading , i.e to post articles of interest or such by us (3) optimize internet search for the practioners in the practice, i.e if you google one of the physician the website should be the first or at leats on eof the fisrt sites to come out? Thanks
