Create Indesign File from Word Doc using existing template

We require text and tables from a word document converted into an Indesign file. We will supply an existing Indesign template as style reference and you need to use the exact same fonts, spacing, formatting and tables design to create the new doc. So using the Indesign file we supply as a style reference - create a new file with the word doc contents. Everything is specified including fonts and colours, you just need to produce a new document using the formatting we have already setup. You can even use the Indesign file we supply and edit that directly with the new text and info from the word doc. The tables need to be the same formatting also. As this is a legal document it is imperative there are no errors, so attention to detail is very important. Inside the zip file you will find: Indesign file - use the formatting and style to create the new document Word Doc - text and tables and form needed to be converted Brand Guidelines - for reference only Example of the type treatment for the different headings and sub headings We also require a new cover design using the brand guidelines we supply.
