After registration, they can print out the document and put their signature and attach the document back to the system. Once the same is attached to the system, The employees who have the administrative rights can login to the backend of the and have the privilege to approve of decline the request. After the approval of the request the data will be synchronized with the existing database. From there the employees can print the access card as well . Once the registration is approved or declined , there will be a automated SMS sent from the system to indicate the updates to the client . Along with the above-mentioned scope, Umbraco - a comprehensive content management system will be installed at the back-end of the website to manage the contents like menus, pages, news etc. Website Management Solution should be available like Umbraco. and also CMS like Spider. Available Modules • Menu and Submenu Manager: Tools to create and manage Menus and submenus for the site. Menus will be automatically linked to a page. External linking and direct linking is supported. Unlimited number of menus and submenus can be created, which means unlimited pages can be created in your website using SPIDER. • Page / Content Manager For each menu or submenu created a new editable page will get automatically linked, where webmaster can start adding the contents. Site’s theme will get automatically appended to pages to maintain the look and feel. An RTF Editor with advanced content editor functions of MS Word / MS FrontPage to update a webpage will be integrated. • Block Manager Pre-defined space will be identified to create content blocks; which can be placed anywhere in a page. Blocks can be used for putting banners or external contents. This will be displayed in a specified area in all pages in the website. • News Room Manager News items can be added/ managed to store under the news section, and also will be displayed in the homepage as scrolling.
