Design a Frontend Mockup PSD + CSS HTML

We are looking to for a Front End Designer / Graphic Designer to design a website audit tool design. We liked this design: [login to view URL] and would want the design to be replicated for most part. However we would also want the designer to show her creativity and make this design look better. Add some elements, graphs or anything. We will be sending the interested person a screenshot which would show what sought of graphs / elements the person can use. Also the header footer is done (we would be using our existing sites header footer) We would want the designer to create first mockup probably in psd/png and once we have approved it. He/She should get it done in CSS/HTML
