Flash Design for Intro Splash Logo/Slogan/Background

Hello Flash experts - Please read carefully. I want a freelancer who is able to do all this and not some of the stuff. If you are not able to do everything please DO NOT BID ON THE PROJECT. SERIOUS BIDDER ONLY - WITH QUALITY WORK I need a minor change to my flash logo splash in my intro page (with background) and menu buttons to be put in. Currently I have my splash logo in orientation of portrait stand ... I want the logo to be in a landscape stand with all the same flash effects and background with it applied to the new logo layout including the slogan for the website "FROM DARKNESS INTO LIGHT" in design with flash as well along with the splash logo. I'd like this to be done with the latest flash design whether its using javascript. I already have the psd files we're just changing the layout of the logo and adding the slogan with the logo in design. I need this to be done in two versions. One with the original background as how the website currently has it and one designed with the orange and green gradient background. As for the menu buttons they are already designed just need to replace it with the old ones thats currently on the website and with its links. I will need back from you once youre done the original psd files you created as well as all screenshot images (png files) and background image alone separately . Attached are the two types of layout for the logo, what i want is the landscape layout (the one with the logo on the side and the logo text on the other side). The one chosen for this project, will receive the original psd files to work on. I need this to be done in no more than one day. Its an urgent project. I can't pay no more than $50.00.
