Brand Guidelines Development Project

We are seeking a skilled individual or agency to develop a Brand Guidelines document that consolidates our existing brand assets and ensures consistent usage across all platforms and materials. We already have a website, visual aids, and brand elements in circulation. Your role will be to audit our current assets, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and create a well-structured document that can be easily referenced by internal teams and external partners. Scope of Work Audit of Existing Assets Review our website, marketing collaterals, and any prior design work. Note areas of inconsistency or outdated branding. Brand Identity Definition Logo Usage: Variations, positioning, and dos/don’ts. Color Palette: Primary, secondary, and accent colors with hex, CMYK, and RGB codes. Typography: Recommended fonts, sizing, hierarchy, and pairing. Imagery & Iconography: Style preferences for photos, illustrations, infographics, and icons. Tone & Voice: Guidelines for messaging, including brand personality and writing style. Application Guidelines Recommendations for various formats: Social media posts (short-form videos, stories, static posts) Physical promotional materials (posters, flyers, certificates) Digital promotional materials (banner ads, email signatures) Presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote templates) Longer-form videos (brand films, product demos) Documentation Format Brand Guidelines Document in PDF (or an interactive format) Quick-Reference Cheat Sheets for common design queries (logo usage, color combos, etc.) Assets Folder containing brand logos, fonts, color codes, and templates Deliverables Comprehensive Brand Guidelines Document (PDF or digital link) Editable Templates & Asset Kits (logo files, color swatches, font files, template layouts) Review & Feedback Sessions (virtual or written) Final Handover with any revisions or clarifications addressed
