Build Floor Plans

I need someone to recreate the attached floor plans with actual dimensions and sizing. These plans need to contain everything needed for someone to certify and build out these plans. The designer needs to know common US sizes and codes. The measurements will need to be in ft. and inches. The hallway needs to be wide enough to move furniture through. There will msot likely be some revision based upon actual dimensions being included. The designer will need to let me know if things won't work or there won't be enough room.
I need project files after completion along with high resolutions files to submit to a city engineer for approval.
