Build a Website

Design and develop a new web site to replace existing site. The new site shall include responsive design and be fully accessible from mobile devices (IOS, ANROID,WINDOWS Phone) Site to include the following pages/areas: 1. Home page with navigation 2. Community information page 3. Vacation Property listing similar to [login to view URL] and each listing will have a unique ID created 4. Property owners deshboard that will allow the property owner to upload pictures, post content and manage general information including rental rates for their properties. 5. Property owner dashboard will also provide inbox functionality to store messages from potential travelers. This dashboad will also provide a calendar viewing for easy identification of reservation. The dashboard will provide the ability to track reservations once they are booked and paid. The dashboard will provide areas to track payments received and an area for viewing property reviews from guests that previously stayed at the property. 6. Secure logon form for owners to authenticate 7. Owner help section with instructions on how to post content and maintain information related to their listed property. 8. Property Search by arrival and departure dates and number of guests 9. Travelers will have the ability to filter search results by any property amenity (For example, pool, hot tub, pet friendly, etc) Travelers will have the capability to browse search results. 10. Travelers will have the capability to book and pay for a property online using services like paypal. 11. Travelers will be required to setup a profile online when booking that will use their email address as their username and save a password for authentication. Please ask questions prior to bidding.
