Build a Website

I desire to have a website and mobile app similar to Uber but focused on businesses using local road maps and GPS to identify, locate and bring together consumers and sellers of goods or services they are interested in purchasing. A typical example is: you are driving on your way to work and then you have a flat tyre. You do not know where a local tyre repairer is. You open up the app, location and street maps turn on automatically, you search for tyre repairer one km radius, all tyre repairers online registered on the app within a km pop up, you highlight the one nearest to you view his bio or business details plus contact, repairer receives a notification or call from the app on his end, he sees your exact location and comes to your aid. When consumers register, they pick area of specific interest from a drop down of options eg interest in fashion, construction, laundry etc, the service providers in these fields will have the luxury of seeing cosumers (nearest to them) who have interest in the service they render also. This is to enable the service providers pitch multiple sales to the consumers. There are other features of this app that will include ecommerce and advertisement of products to consumers with interest nearest to the them, tracking and delivery, chats and video/audio calls and many more. I do not know what this will cost neither do i have a budget but, I know that I will need a team of developer who can deliver this project. An estimated cost will really help.
