I want to do a for sale by owner/ for sale by real estate website - the look of the website should be like this [login to view URL] - with rent and buy i want an additional category vacation homes -I want the features on this joomla module with the listing slide show and google maps [login to view URL] -the site should allow anyone to sign up and list their property for either rent or buy the listing should appear for us to check and approve before it populates on the website - in the template need to put advertising banner spots in the layout - there should be a featured agent page like this [login to view URL] at the bottom of the front page -there should be a mortgage calculator -there should be a featured property listing Incorporated in the design that would grab the attention of the user on the front page and secondary pages - design must be responsive - feature property would be added by the administrator -google maps for each property -must be able to limit how many listing per user -must be able to add videos for properties and also have a slide show for the pictures uploaded -in the search a map of trinidad and tobago should be there and if you click on a zone it would filter the properties in that zone like this [login to view URL] -7 main menu options like [login to view URL] with 5 sub menus for each one basically holding content
