multi tabbed webpage with the following options: ♦members area accessible via paypal subscription ♦option to easily change prices of plans / add/remove new plans (trials etc) ♦members given immediate access after buying subscription ♦members area has a FBTW (face book type wall) and chat box on the side ♦FBTW is controlled by site admin who can allow other people access to post ♦FBTW needs options to upload pictures/videos (internal/external hosting fine) ♦FBTW needs to open pictures/videos inside the wall & option for new tab ♦free area for potential customers ♦after one month ALL data from FBTW gets moved to free area for archiving ♦new users cannot subscribe to plans without first signing up via valid email ♦new user registration page must contain "no spam / selling email disclaimer" ♦require a blank tab so i can add my own disclaimer ♦require a publicly accessible tab on the main page called "performance" that automatically aggregates performance data from a third party then displays a few certain statistics
