Project will be about license plates recognition, we will create a closed network with cameras installed in vehicles, those cameras will take picture of the plates and send it to a server (software inside the camera is NOT inside this need). What we need is to read the database that the cameras will read, compare to the network database and send alerts, the pages os the system will be:
1. Main page:
1.1. Description of the project (just company page)
1.2. User login access - better to be a separate page, like [login to view URL]
2. User page:
2.1. Main page is a map where he can activate the track of his car, in two ways (desktop is OK to be on the same page, mobile is necessary a secondary page to turn these alerts on, can be a sliding system where he has the settings):
2.1.1. I parked my car, track if it moves (GPS installed in the camera sends position every X seconds everytime, if it is activated, it will be stored in a database, and if different positions are received, send alert)
2.1.1.1. Does not send the plate for being tracked till it moves, if it moves, it automatically activate the other check (2.1.2)
2.1.2. My car was stolen, ask everybody to track it
2.1.2.1. Send his plate to the search system
2.1.3. Will be fed with dots that show the car location, green dots are its own GPS signal and red dots when it is seen by other devices.

2.3. Notifications:
2.3.1. I asked to monitor my parked car, and it moves, I receive a notification, push, sms and/or email according to my settings and I can from the notification deactivate the search and tell it was me, if I do not do it in a couple minutes, the stolen car is reported automatically, if the user deactivate from the same alert some time latter, all the alerts are turned off

3.4. Number of look for my parked car reported – click = list
3.5. Map showing all request to look for location, parked and stolen
