I need a WEBSITE where customers can create account and make purchases of special items. Each available item is available for purchased based on selected zip code (ZIP CODE IS SET BY SPECIFIC VENDORS WE ADD TO OUR LIST).
In other words;
customer logs in, creates an account, MUST upload a driver license photo AND then is able to add SELECTED ITEMS to shopping cart. once customer places the order, the customer will have two options to pick up, either in the store, or delivery. Customer can pay cash or debit card upon delivery, based on the VENDOR.
SOME VENDORS will have a website linked to OURS - which means, "they will have their own website" but its REALLY linked to ours, but with their credit card processing .
The PROGRAM in the WEBSITE will allow VENDORS to login and see placed orders. In other words, we need to send the orders that come from our website to the VENDOR to allow vendors to process.
