I'm seeking a designer to refine our career counselling assessment reports, enhancing their presentation and optimizing for a corporate style. The reports should prioritize text and readability, with a neutral color palette. Key Requirements: - Extensive experience in designing corporate/professional reports - Proficient in CSS for web application compatibility - Able to enhance text readability and overall presentation - Based in North America and fluent in English - Able to deliver non-copyrighted content Skills: - Corporate report design - CSS - Text readability enhancement - Presentation optimization - North American based - Fluent English speaker Scope To re-design and revise existing reports. In scope are four reports: A single-page Talents PDF report A two-page Traits PDF report -> this should be reduced ideally to a single page 20-21 page Leadership online report 12 page Screening online report There may be a need for graphical elements in the Leadership and Screening online report; this is for the cover page. Delivery Process This will be an iterative process for each report we expect: Two mock-ups to determine overall style/layout We will select one mock-up One revision for color scheme for the selected mock-up One revision for layout for the selected mock-up One final update for layout for each report (this may not be necessary) The designer will deliver the required files/content PDF Reports MS Word-based report templates will be accepted. The PDF files must consider the font limitations (e.g. Helvetica) of the medium. Online Reports MS Word-based report templates will be accepted as a minimum. We will pay extra for a HTML with all elements based on CSS classes so that the style can be converted easily into a .NET Core Razor Page application. Engagement Upon selection, the successful candidate will be provided actual reports to better ascertain the deliverables. This will be done under a non-disclosure agreement. The candidate may need to be available remotely to have in-person sessions for the two revisions for each of the four reports (we expect a single session to discuss all four reports to be more efficient for both parties). Payment Schedule 25% upon delivery of two mock-ups for each of the four reports 25% upon completion of the color scheme and layout revisions 50% upon completion of the project
