Create a working classified site where a user can sign up for $10 lifetime membership. ****NOT JUST A CLASSIFIED SITE OR AUCTION SITE, ITS DIFFERENT SO READ*** What this gets them, is this: They are able to post an item to sell, like an auction site, however, there is no ecommerce involved, no money exchanged, like a classified ad. Users who have signed up can select "Make an offer" on ads they are interested in and send an offer to the seller for the item. If that seller accepts the offer, the ad appears "on hold" so no more offers can be made. The ad will need to have a place to upload pictures, a description, a price, and a place for buyers to send comments So its a classified website, with some tools of an auction website built in. The public can view ads, but can buy or sell until they sign up for the $10 lifetime membership.
