Create a series of MailChimp emails in HTML

I want to send out an automated email marketing series of 7 (possibly more) emails in MailChimp, based on a moving checklist. I've attached the checklist for reference. Happy for some creative licence with the design, but ideally want it built in HTML so it can be imported to MailChimp.
I want to send customers emails leading up to their move, based on the content in the checklist. Each email will include three sections. For example 2 months out will include 2 months, 6 weeks and 4 weeks. Then 6 weeks out will include 6 weeks, 4 weeks, 2 weeks etc.
I possibly want to add 3 weeks and 1 week but haven't done the design yet.
