Design details: We use a ring binder as a sales manual.
in this we have 5 sections broken up as follows:
-Company Profile
-Playgrounds
-Shade Covers
-Outdoor Furniture
-Fencing
I need an 4 page A4 print ready brochure that will match this style.

I have lots of very high quality photos to provide. I want a layout that will allow us to alter the brochure every couple of months. The title on the brochure will be:
"The Next Chapter".
The target clients are schools and councils
Idea for the layout:
Content on front and one other page will be playgrounds. Another page will be shade covers the other page will be seating or fencing .
There may be some items shown as a special price for a month or so. I have heaps of great photos I can provide but I need any text adding. I can help give some pointers on this.
I only want to hear from competent,experienced people.
Preferably based in the United Kingdom.
