Develop a Site Builder webapp

We are looking to have a site builder developed. We are looking to have a website builder developed using only javascript/jquery and HTML5. We prefer it to be developed without php.
A similar site builders are located below to show what we're looking for:

However: we want our builder to an orginal design to look unique apart from the other builders.
The webapp (this is not a mobile app though we would like it to be responsive for tablet size devices), should have the following features:
1. Sections separted into categories, for users to easily navigate, pick, and drag their choice onto the stage. We will give the winner details on what categories we want (i.e. Headers, Sliders, Portfolio....)
2. Users should be able to choose to build a Single page or multi-page website.
3. Users should be given the option to choose between style-sheets and boxed or full width sites.
4. Users can create multiple pages to edit.
5. Users can save and load their work.
6. Users can export their site with all files for their site directory (including HTML pages, CSS page, JavaScript files, and photos).
7. Like the other builders, users should be able to click on the backgrounds and inline images and replace the images by uploading their own.
8. Users will be able to edit content (like the other builders), in real time without having to write HTML.
9. All the code and HTML must be original. We can not have other work duplicated for commercial purposes. We are pretty familiar with marketplaces and open source content circulating on the internet and will know if work has been duplicated.
10. The code should be easy for us to read so we can easily add our own HTML templates.
11. Like the other web apps, this web app itself is only one page.
Our maximum price is $800 at the moment. However, we will continue to work with the winner once this project is complete, for any extensions and debug purposes and will pay more. As of now, we will only award freelancers 800 or less.
In your summary, please add links to webapps you created before. For the next few days we will communicate with you all and ask for a mockup design. The best design/most qualified developer will be awarded to begin the developing the web app.
