I have to get some documents signed from my university, I got it signed in 2016 and scanned it but need some new original copies, unfortunately, they have not saved the draft and need two weeks to make a new one, but I need it done urgently, so I want to remove the two official seals on the bottom left and right and the signature and then convert it to word format and fix the alignment as well. So that I can give it to them to print out and sign a new copy. There are 8 pages. I need it by tomorrow latest or as soon as possible.
