I am looking for an event designer and planner who can help me plan and execute a wedding with guest count of 100-200 with a soft pastel color scheme and a theme of classy dreamy elegance.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in event design, particularly weddings
- Knowledge of color theory and the ability to create a cohesive soft pastel color scheme
- Familiarity with classic elegance themes and the ability to incorporate this theme into all aspects of the event design
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to create visually stunning and cohesive event designs
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with me and vendors and understand my vision for the wedding and help to excute in with vendors.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to create unique and memorable event designs
- The ability to source and coordinate with vendors to bring the event design to life
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of local vendors and venues
- Experience in coordinating weddings with guest counts of 100-200
- Creative and detail-oriented approach to event design and styling
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with vendors
- Assist in selecting, some vendors as the benue and decoration supplier is done already
- Create a detailed timeline and schedule for the wedding day
- Oversee setup and styling of the event to ensure it aligns with the theme
- Coordinate with all vendors and ensure smooth execution of the wedding day
- Resolve any issues or emergencies that may arise during the event
