Hello Dear Candidates, I am going to be honest this is a business and I want you to take it as a business, my relationship will eventually build up but for now I want you to take this serious as business! So I am going to go straight to the point. TYPE OF PERSON THAT I AM LOOKING FOR: *You will need to be very good in WEB Design, Responsive Web Design, HTML5, CSS3, BOOTSTRAP, Javascript, jQuery and have some PHP knowledge *You will need to be organized. *You will need to do exactly what I want. *You will have a time frame of when the project will get done. *If you are this person apply for it, if not DO NOT WASTE TIME IN APPLYING FOR IT. *Someone who is aware of Unbounce guides to Conversion Centered Design & Attention Driven Design ([login to view URL] & [login to view URL]) !!!!! **What your job will be You will be working directly with me in order to build PSD designs of landing pages based on discussions with me and mockups provided by me. The designs build by you would have to focus on conversions (getting a lead from the landing page; having a customer complete the goal of the landing page). Any experience in doing conversion centred design is preferred. After that you will have to create Pixel Perfect Responsive HTML5 Design preferably using Twitter Bootstrap library. In addition to the conversion from PSD to HTML you will have to implement javascript validation for some of the form elements of the landing page. I will provide you with the basic validation, regex and rules that you will just need to make work with your design and HTML code. This is not a one time job. My business is expanding and I will be needing multiple such designs/html jobs to be done. In the future we will also be creating email templates, banners and all kind of design stuff. **What to supply when you apply for the job Please provide your portfolio of past jobs. Any previous experience in designing and building responsive landing pages will be a great plus and will probably land you this job!!!

We understand your feelings the right way you shared, because we are professionally startup supporters which means we have majorly worked for startups who not only gives solutions infact even guidance for the future if required. "We believe in you" this is the most used word by our clients may be either they are happy with our guidance or happy with our tech job. If i recall 2014 when i prepared this freelancer account, i tried finding work but mostly the people needs a quick job, something like a glue stick which fixes everything immediately but we are somewhat who can be called as manufacturers who believes in reforming a thing rather than fixing Your requirements are normal for us, but we need to discuss whats on your mind and i am sure my designer will also be sure to understand you as he is Adobe Certified and have capabilities of understanding anything, and not to worry as i am still here who can take away verification everyday Want to focus on other things then you should probably give us this job and if you want to be involved and waste time on design issues you should choose anyone else
