A Joomla website needs to be converted into custom website and database

##Freelancers restricted to only CMS (Wordpress, Joomla etc.) development please don't bid on this project. ##Extensive knowledge of Joomla CMS is required. ##Must have a thorough knowledge of Database management and programming languages. *Website is a regular blog on Joomla with over 2k articles. It is basically a Tech+Social news website, which has to have a unique approach to the UI and architecture+fluidity to access. *There are 1000+ registered users. *It has easysocial installed for profile management, which needs to be redesigned into a custom profile management system with cleaner user profile URLs. It need not to be 100% same, we just need an internal private messaging option and ability to add friends, and have a good user information section with a graphically elegant user activity log. These things can only be discussed with professional developers who can understand my gesture. *There has to be a notification system for comments on the articles that a user has previously commented on or followed. Other scenarios will be discussed with the awarded developer *A custom comment form has to be developed which should be linked to the profile (viz. profile picture, profile URL etc.). The comment form should have nested commenting and ability to add images and smileys. *The UI has to be minimalistic (light, more text or fonticons) that just works with these features. There should be only one horizontal top bar, running at the top, much like Facebook. *The main reason we would have to perform this highly customized development on such a small blog, is because we are trying to commercialize this blog into a startup company. So we required some additional features and custom database to stand out of the crowd. *The website has to be adaptive, i.e. multiple variants of the website for different platforms. We don't need responsive bullshit. *** We need a database to be developed with the entry of information/specifications of all the smartphones+Laptops+Desktops released to date. These data has to be used for numerous functions, for eg. - smartphone comparison, embedding the specs inside article with simple UI during the composition of the article or automatically if opted by the author. (More to be discussed with awarded developer) **If you are a professional developer you would know the implementation of these features would require a well thought customized architecture. *The developer has to decide whether these requirements can be met on Joomla CMS, or whether we should move to a custom designed platform which must be built from scratch. $$ It has to be kept in mind that we need to have a minimum footprint on the resources. i.e. the website should be able to deliver 100s of concurrent users (both logged in and guests) with resources equivalent to cheapest raspberry pi (i.e. 512MB Ram, 1 CPU core 1.8Ghz). developer to also suggest their server environment, i.e. Nginx/Lighttpd+php5-fpm/hhv+postgres/MySQL/MariaDB etc. $$ Website needs to load in milliseconds, and must have a total size less than 1MB at any point. You'll be much likely to be hired for the lifetime. This is just a blueprint of my idea, it has to be implemented in a perfectly smooth manner by the developer.
