Lay out tri fold brochure

Take my web site based on template monster #7470 and turn it into an [url removed, login to view] tri fold brochure (to fit in #10 envelope) design ready for digital printing. Page 1 cover will be the web site header clouds graphic spread spread out to cover the page like wallpaper with some to be supplied text, logo, and one image. Inside left page will be based on the web site home page graphics - 2 jpegs and and text. Inside center page will be based on our web site Vision page with graphics and 2 jpegs and text supplied. Inside right page will be based on our web site Operations with 2 pics and text supplied. Outside right fold down page will be based on our values page with one pic and text supplied . Outside back will be contact info. Use the look and feel and as much graphics and text from the web site as possible but design to make it flow like a brochure. Need this done in one week. I will supply web site files and pictures and text and logo files.
