Long Term Design Work - Needed by a Printer Company

We are looking for a graphic designer to handle all our printing's design. Currently we do not offer any design for our client, as such alot of business are lost especially in the area of business card design. We are looking for a business minded person to discuss the opportunity of join venture or how we can work together, we can offer all sort of printing solution, we will provide customer base and do the printing, whereas the design part will be handle by you yourself. If you are looking at each project's design fee, for example a business card design will be usd 10, flyer design usd 20-50, brochure/corporate folder etc usd 30-80, the design fee varies for each print job depending on the quantity. Open up for discussion, if joint venture, 50% of profit for each print job will be offered for the design.
