We currently have the content in a Word file and a presentation in PowerPoint, but we require a final version of the marketing proposal that seamlessly integrates the provided content, incorporates relevant images from the internet, and ensures a polished and professional appearance.
Project Objectives:
Create an elegant and visually appealing marketing proposal that aligns with our brand identity.
Incorporate content from the provided Word file and PowerPoint presentation into the new proposal.
Enhance the proposal with high-quality and relevant images from the internet to support the content.
Ensure that the final proposal is easily understandable and visually engaging for our client.
Scope of Work:
The freelancer's responsibilities will include:
Reviewing the existing Word file and PowerPoint presentation to understand the content and key messages.
Designing a visually appealing cover page for the marketing proposal that includes our company logo and a title.
Organizing and formatting the content from the Word file into a coherent and professional layout.
Integrating relevant images from the internet that align with the proposal's content and theme.
Incorporating the data and information from the PowerPoint presentation into the proposal, ensuring consistency in style and design.
Creating visually engaging charts, graphs, and infographics to illustrate key points where necessary.
Selecting an appropriate font, color scheme, and layout to ensure the proposal's elegance and readability.
Ensuring the final document is in a format (e.g., PDF) that can be easily shared with the client.
Revising and refining the proposal based on feedback from the project manager.
