Need Vistaprint Type Clone and More!

Hello, I'm looking for someone that has build a [login to view URL] clone. I do not need the full version yet although need the ability to create a flyer. Example can be found at this website. [login to view URL] The script must do this: 1. upload a Logo (check if it is 300dpi) 2. place it in the logo place 3. user can add text, to a design 4. save the final result as 300dpi JPG or PDF I 5. Must be able to upload up to 4 images and place them on the flyer 6. Must be able to add text, change font, and format anyway they choose. 7. Must build in a QR code generator and automatically put it on the flyer at the top. QR must be big enough to scan easily and take to the website the customer enters. Must force customer to enter website information to generate QR. 8. Must be able to enter add a realtor, selling agent profile with picture at bottom of page. 9. Must force customer to create account with Name, Address, Phone Number, Email address. Must store this information in a MYSQL database. 10. Must be able to place flyer in shopping cart and continue the ability to create another flyer or checkout and pay. 11. Must integrate shopping cart. 12. Must be highly customizable and will be hosted on godaddy plesk 13. Flyer must be saved as high resolution image in database. Flyer should be saved as name of customer and date. 14. Receipt upon checkout must be emailed to customer with order detail and total cost of order. 15. Receipt, order details and image of flyer must be sent to email address of company so they know an order came in and needs printed and shipped. 16. must be able to configure price, shipping cost, tax to total price before order is placed.
