Social Media Marketing Services Project Overview This agreement covers the ongoing provision of social media marketing services for Loan Workout Group and Capital Business Finance. The objective is to maintain an active and engaging social media presence for both businesses through consistent, high-quality content. Scope of Services The Contractor will provide the following services each month: Create custom social media graphics and images. Produce engaging short-form video reels. Write original content tailored to each company's products and services. Develop compelling captions and relevant hashtags for every post. Schedule and/or deliver content for publication on a daily basis, Monday through Friday. Ensure all content aligns with each company's branding and marketing objectives. Deliverables The Contractor will provide: Daily social media posts (Monday through Friday). Original graphics and visual content. Short-form video reels. Captions and optimized hashtags for each post. Project Duration This is an ongoing monthly engagement and will continue until terminated by either party with reasonable notice. Milestones and Payment The project will operate on a monthly milestone basis. A milestone will be created at the beginning of each month. Upon successful completion of the month's deliverables, the milestone will be manually released. A new milestone will then be created for the following month. Compensation The monthly fee for the services described above is $150.00 USD per month. Revisions Reasonable revisions to content may be requested to ensure that all deliverables meet the agreed branding and marketing requirements. Communication Both parties agree to maintain timely communication regarding content approvals, revisions, and project updates to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality social media content.
