Prepaid calling card designer needed

I need the front face and back of a prepaid phone card that will come in two different sizes (for two denominations). I am looking for a creative animator that can create visually interesting cartoons. If you have a spectacular design idea I would be open to hearing about it. Please send samples of design/logo work. If the design turns out well, we are looking for someone interested in doing multiple designs and may sign you for more projects. Please include samples of your work. Requirements: -The design must fit our printer's exact guidelines and templates (included), -and the colors used must be in CMYK -Unlimited revisions -Escrow will be held until completion of the project (including delivery of the files in the printer's required formats) -Two separate cards will be created with similar design (for example: a $5 card measuring approximately 3 1/2x7, and a $3 (or $2) measuring approximately 3 1/2x5). Note that this card will be essentially the same graphically, besides size and denomination.
