Key responsibilities
Work closely with sales team to provide presale & Bid management support on new/emerging bussiness opportunities
Bid Planning-Prepare a sound plan for the pursuit and ensure that the bid is run in line with the Bid plan and drive it to closure on time
Issue resolution among the stak holders
Prepare work breakdown structure with clearly definded roles and responsibilities of authors and reviewer of the proposal.
Guide the team in identifying Win them & value proposition statements.
Ensure proposal componants are all integrated and all aspects of the RFP/RFI requirements are fulfilled in the proposal
Prepare Bid budget and manage the Bid in accordance with the approved Bid budget
Run special initiative like value reports, Knowledge management, Win Loss Analysis etc.
Creating contract using PO, Proposal, Approved doc, pricing documents, SOW.
Co-ordinate with the Billing team regarding the budget in contract creation.
Proposal Include: Network Services-Network Infrastructure, PLC, IBE (SW&HW), PMA, CBOT, DBOT, Renewal Quotes
Prepare process document SWI’s and SOP’s for future reference.
Identify Opportunity areas of Improvement.
